Meet Reino!
Reino says that one of the things he loves about GSI is how the company fosters a sense of community among its employees, regardless of their geographical locations. "GSI has great engagement activities online and face to face. GSI is also great in communicating changes, aligning personal and company goals," he says. He adds that GSI listens to its employees' feedback and strives to improve its benefits, services, and processes.
Reino is always excited to collaborate with his colleagues, who he describes as supportive, creative, and respectful. "I am free and confident to share ideas since my colleagues do not dismiss even crazy ideas. We are able to find the best solution by providing different suggestions," he says. He also appreciates the diversity of perspectives and backgrounds that enriches the team's work.
Reino is motivated by several factors in his work at GSI. First, he wants to provide a good home and food for his family, who are his source of inspiration and joy. Second, he wants to contribute to GSI's success and achievement of its goals and objectives. Third, he wants to keep up with his team mates and friends in the organization, who inspire him to give his best.
Reino's favorite GSI event was the trip to Palawan, a beautiful island in the Philippines. He says that it was a great opportunity to learn more about GSI's projects, employees, and the different sides of his colleagues other than their work persona. He enjoyed the scenic views, the fun activities, and the bonding moments with his co-workers.
Outside of work, Reino is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He likes to watch movies, play games, read books, and cook for his family. He also likes to travel and explore new places with them.
