GSI is a provider of outsourcing and consultancy services, with a proven track record of transforming business processes and delivering value. Established in 2017 as a captive offshoring unit of Guild Group Holdings, GSI capitalized on the Philippines' rich talent pool and competitive cost structure to support the operational needs of our onshore partners.

In 2020, Guild Group recognized the strategic importance and growth potential of GSI and spun it off as an independent entity in the Philippines, granting us more freedom and agility to expand and diversify our offerings.

Today, GSI is a proud member of the Guild Group family, offering a comprehensive portfolio of solutions that leverage the skills and innovation of our onshore and offshore teams. We are dedicated to achieving excellence and value for our clients, community and shareholders, by fostering the development and engagement of our staff that we have nurtured over the years.

Our most recent survey results showed that 9 out of 10 of our staff members agreed that GSI is the best place to work. This is a remarkable achievement that reflects our dedication to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for our people. Our engagement score of 87% is also best in class, meaning that our staff members are highly motivated, loyal and productive. This is evidenced by our low staff turnover rate of 10%, which is well below the industry average.

    • Underwriting support and backoffice related services: We offer comprehensive and reliable support for underwriting processes, such as policy issuance, premium calculation, risk assessment, claims management, and more.
    • Digital community enablement: We leverage the power of digital technologies to create and foster online communities that can connect, collaborate, and communicate with each other. Our digital community enablement services include web development, social media management, content creation, online marketing, and more.
    • Shared services support: We provide shared services support for our clients who need to outsource some of their non-core functions to a trusted partner. Our shared services support include IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, customer service, and more.
    • Business and data analytics: We help our clients make informed and data-driven decisions by providing them with business and data analytics services. Our business and data analytics services include data collection, data processing, data visualization, data modelling, data mining, predictive analytics, and more.
    • Consultancy and enablement services in the fields of RPA and Automation: We offer consultancy and enablement services in the fields of robotic process automation (RPA) and automation to help our clients optimize their workflows, reduce errors, increase efficiency, and save costs.

For example, our Business Analysts can benefit from the collaboration with RMIT University, our People and Culture support staff members can learn from AIHRM, and our senior leaders can develop their leadership competencies with AIM. 

    We also work closely with local organizations and associations to ensure that our offshore staff are well-informed, well-connected and well-supported in their work environment. We have engaged with People Management Association of the Philippines for our People and Culture policies and procedures, ANZCHAM Philippines for inter-industry linkages and associations, PFIP for our DEI initiatives, InCorp Philippines for our Remuneration and Benchmarking studies and many others.
