Paul Cassidy is the Group CEO of Guild Group and FIAA, leading the strategic direction and growth of both organisations. He has over 25 years of experience in the insurance, financial services and health sectors, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer outcomes.

Paul is passionate about supporting the professional and personal development of Guild Group and FIAA's employees, members and partners, as well as contributing to the broader community through various social impact initiatives. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Business Council of Australia.

Ian Moses


Founder, Director,  and Group Head of Transformation

Ian Moses

Ian Moses is the Founder and Director of GSI. He is also the Head of Group Transformation in Guild Group, a diversified business group with interests in insurance, superannuation, health and education.

Ian has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, spanning across strategy, operations, technology and innovation. He is passionate about driving customer-centric transformation and creating value for all stakeholders.

Ian served as President and CEO of GSI from its incorporation before handing over to his successor in 2023.

Ian leads a team of talented and dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering excellence and innovation in the insurance sector.

Engelbert Nolasco

Gel Nolasco

Gel Nolasco is the president and CEO of GSI. He has over 20 years of experience in the BPO industry, working with clients from various sectors such as banking, healthcare, retail, and education.

He is an expert in business process optimization, digital transformation, and customer experience management.

Under his visionary leadership, GSI has evolved from a captive shared services centre to a full-service partner that delivers innovative and customized solutions to its clients.

Gel is currently taking his Masters in Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Management. He is passionate about empowering his team, fostering a culture of excellence, and creating value for all stakeholders.

Aileeh De Guzman


Country Finance

Aileeh De Guzman

Aileeh de Guzman is the treasurer and country finance of our company. She has over 15 years of experience in financial management, accounting, auditing, and taxation.

She oversees the financial operations and reporting of our business units in the Philippines. She also leads the treasury function, ensuring optimal cash flow and liquidity management.

Aileeh is a certified public accountant and a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She holds a bachelor's degree in accountancy and is taking her graduate studies at the University of Asia and the Pacific.

Aileeh is passionate about delivering excellence and innovation in finance. She is committed to supporting our company's vision, mission, and values.

Ray Cabe is the Head of Shared Services at our company, where he oversees the People and Culture team, the People Services team and the IT team.

He is responsible for ensuring that our employees have the best possible work environment, that our processes are efficient and compliant, and that our technology is reliable and secure.

Ray has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, operations and IT management, and he has led several successful projects and initiatives to improve our performance and culture.

Ray is passionate about developing talent, fostering collaboration and innovation, and delivering excellence to our customers and stakeholders.

Alwin Bulosan is the Regional Operations Manager for our company, overseeing the daily operations of our captive operations.

He has more than 10 years of experience in the industry, managing teams, projects, and budgets with efficiency and excellence. Alwin is a visionary leader who inspires his staff to deliver high-quality services and solutions to our clients.

He is also a skilled communicator who fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Alwin holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. He is passionate about innovation, sustainability, and social impact.

Wendy Bulosan


Global Relationships Manager

Wendy Bulosan

Wendy Bulosan is our Global Relationships Manager. Wendy has over 10 years of experience in human resources and client management, with a focus on the Australian and New Zealand markets.

She has successfully led and supported various projects and initiatives across different sectors. Wendy is passionate about finding and creating new opportunities for our clients and partners, as well as developing and nurturing our talented team.

She is a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a great communicator. Wendy looks after our strategic partnership with A-Perform and our non-captive relationships in ANZ.
