Meet Clariza!
Clariza joined GSI in 2021 as a quality analyst, a role that involves ensuring the quality of the products and services that GSI delivers to its clients. She says that one of the things she loves about GSI is the flexible schedule that allows her to work from home or from the office depending on her needs. "Flexible schedule especially for working moms like me!" she says with a smile.
She also praises GSI for prioritizing the welfare of its people apart from business needs. "GSI cares about its employees and their families. They provide us with health benefits, wellness programs, training opportunities and recognition awards," she says. She adds that GSI is also very generous when it comes to bonuses and incentives. "The bonuses are amazing! I have never been with a company that is so generous like GSI," she says.
Clariza is looking forward to establishing the QA team as a team of highly-skilled individuals equipped with knowledge so they can contribute to the improvement of the business. She says that she enjoys working with her colleagues who are supportive and collaborative. "We have a great team spirit and we help each other out whenever we can," she says.
One of her favourite GSI events was the 60th anniversary / post Halloween party / Family Day where she was able to bring her son to the office and participate in the event. "It was fun to see everyone in their costumes and to meet their families. My son had a blast playing games and getting treats," she says.
Outside of work, Clariza likes to play a game called Cooking Diary but she admits that she doesn't have much time for it anymore. She also likes to eat bread and peanut butter for breakfast during her RTO schedule. "It's simple but satisfying," she says.
If she could have any superpower for a day, Clariza would choose super speed so she can finish all her tasks fast. "I have a lot of things to do every day, so super speed would be very helpful," she says.
